UConn Department of Chemistry and UConn Early College Experience bring high school students from around the state to the Storrs campus to see what happens in research laboratories. Fatma Selampinar, chemistry associate professor in residence and UConn ECE Chemistry Faculty Coordinator, has been working with Connecticut’s high school chemistry students and teachers since the mid-2000s. The Fall 2023 UConn ECE Chemistry Student Lab Day will be held on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 9:30am-3:30pm on the UConn Storrs Campus.
The Spring 2024 UConn ECE Chemistry Student Lab Day will be held on Thursday, May 23, 2023 from 8:30am-1:30pm on the UConn Storrs Campus.
