Registration Process

All UConn ECE students must first apply to the program before enrolling in courses. Applications are vetted for high school and parental consent. Application for fall, spring and full-year courses takes place between April and June, using Compass, the UConn ECE online registration system. Students also have an opportunity to apply during our late application period in August and September, with an additional $25 administrative fee. Students will receive email notification of successful application.

All students must then enroll in courses during the enrollment period, August 15, 2019 - September 30, 2019, using Compass. On August 15, 2019, students who had successfully submitted an application will receive email notification that it is time to enroll in courses.

Please note: the UConn ECE Application and Enrollment links can only be accessed through the UConn ECE website during open registration.

For program information and assistance contact the UConn ECE Site Representative at your high school first. Typically a UConn  ECE Site Representative is a guidance counselor or UConn ECE instructor who has been appointed to oversee the program at his/her high school. If you require more help, do not hesitate to contact our office.
