PHIL 1101: Problems of Philosophy* 

Course Description: 

Three credits. Topics may include skepticism, proofs of God, knowledge of the external world, induction, free-will, the problem of evil, miracles, liberty and equality.

Student Eligibility Guidelines for PHIL 1101:

Instructor consent is required.

Instructor Certification Requirements:

Applicants should have a B.A. in Philosophy or a closely related field (such as Political Science with an emphasis on Political Theory, or Religious Studies with an emphasis on Ethics), and should possess as well either an M.A. in Philosophy (or closely related field) or have completed graduate coursework in Philosophy or closely related field.
