UConn ECE Student Scholarships

Applications deadline: March 30, 2018. 

The Office of Early College Programs wants to recognize outstanding UConn ECE students with five $500 scholarships, which can be used at any institution. Nominations will be accepted February 12 - March 30, 2018. If you have any questions, please contact Nella Quasnitschka.

  • UConn Early College Experience Scholarship for Excellence in The Arts, Humanities or Social Sciences (2 Awards Annually)
  • UConn Early College Experience Scholarship for Excellence in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) (2 Awards Annually)
  • UConn Early College Experience Civic and Community Engagement Scholarship (1 award annually)

UConn Early College Experience Scholarship for Excellence in The Arts, Humanities, or Social Sciences

Applicants for this award must be a high school senior and have taken or be currently taking at least one UConn Early College Experience course and demonstrate academic achievement and a potential for future academic and professional accomplishments in a field focusing on the Arts, Humanities and/or Social Sciences.

UCONN EARLY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE SCHOLARSHIP FOR EXCELLENCE IN SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, MATHEMATICS (STEM)

Applicants for this award must be a high school senior and have taken or be currently taking at least one UConn Early College Experience course and demonstrate academic achievement and a potential for future academic and professional accomplishments in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and/or Mathematics.

UCONN EARLY COLLEGE EXPERIENCE CIVIC AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SCHOLARSHIP

This award is to recognize a current high school senior that is academically successful and is already making a positive difference in their town or neighborhood and is inspiring others to do the same. The student chosen for this award must be a UConn ECE student that demonstrates ambition and self-drive evidenced by outstanding achievement in both school and their community.
