The Office of Early College Programs and UConn Early College Experience provides several opportunities for community member recognition with the aim of advancing our mission of preparing students for higher education. Students, instructors, and administrators can be recognized for their outstanding contributions to their programs through grants, scholarships, and professional development awards.

UConn ECE Professional Development Awards
OECP sponsors seven awards recognizing professional achievement in the UConn ECE community. Nominations were due March 30, 2017.
UConn Early College Experience offers two scholarships each fall and spring semester to instructors were not granted certification because they were missing graduate courses.
UConn ECE Small Classroom Grants
OECP provides $10,000 in grants to UConn ECE instructors and high schools for community development and classroom improvement projects. The application period will run August 15 to October 15, 2017.
UConn ECE Student Scholarships
OEPC awards five scholarships to exemplary UConn ECE high school students. Applications are due March 30, 2017.
